McDonald's in Halle (Saale)

Unfriendly staff and hygiene with face mask is not observed. All employees wore their masks under their noses.

Ordered 2 Mc Ribs. Both had hardly any sauce on them. Very bad quality...

The three times Drive in ordered and again the order wasn't complete, that's a cheek. When employees can't count yet

So ... Really well done ... Everything because of Corona ... I can only recommend it.

This McDonalds simply has the best employees. Often come there in the evening and just love them. I think they all deserve a raise. These are the real heroes.

Very friendly service, also understandable. Flawless processing even with large orders at the counter. This is how Mcdonals have to be. Bissel more lovingly packaged, the items would have looked even nicer ...

Mcdonald's "opposite Zöberitz", a very pleasant visit. The staff were very friendly and quick and understood everything in German without any problems. That was very pleasant. It couldn't be better.

Mc Drive is an absolute disaster, either the conditions are overwhelmed or very unfriendly. This location has deteriorated a lot.

Quality has decreased significantly. There is less and less sauce on the burgers. Two out of three orders recently were incomplete. I order nugget shrimp bix 8 and get 6 shrimps. Cheese corners would be left out completely right away. In the lockdown time, stand on the edge and control in winter, seriously. And then not even a receipt to trace the order. Not recommended.

Absolute disaster! 12/12/2020 I wanted to place my order at the counter as normal, then it was pointed out that I should place the order at the terminal as the employees have instructions to no longer accept them personally. When I saw how easily 10 to 12 people crowded around the order terminals and all diligently touched the touchscreen one after the other, I could only leave the shop with a shake of my head. Nobody has to understand that, congratulations if you come up with such a quark ...

Was satisfied didn't have to wait long food warm everything inside to take away thanks to the staff despite the currently difficult corona time

Today I only ordered at the table, and it was very empty since nobody is allowed to sit inside. Otherwise it is very nice to sit there and the staff is always very friendly.

Make sure to check your order and wait in front of the window until you are sure that everything is in the bag. Something is always missing, you rarely have things that you haven't ordered. The employees all seem totally disoriented.

It's just a McDonald's. Anyone expecting a 3 star restaurant is wrong here. If you feel like fast, mediocre food, you've come to the right place.

Cold and not tasteful. Worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Covid measures: only one employee is wearing the mask correct... others wear it below the nose or don’t wear it at all.

Be sure to check the order. Another product was missing. It can't be that difficult to pack 3 products in one bag. Again utterly disappointed.

The service was very unfocused and completely overwhelmed. Citizens forgot. You can only order at the point, although there is a transparent plate on the counter and you would be separated from each other. You have to pay at the counter anyway. So all pointless.

Unfortunately very incompetent staff. It is better to check immediately after placing your order that everything is correct. Unfortunately, the wrong meal has often been given or something was missing.

visited on 24th august, everyone wearing masks incorrectly, some even not covering face at all. Service was the worst I had in mcdonalds by far! The chubby girl told me to go to self service, I expanded that I will pay cash and after self service I have to come back to her again to pay, but apparently just to lazy to do her job and press 4 buttons to take order. To sum it up, huge lack of management and lack of order. I took take away as no way I spending any more time then I need to in this restaurant.

The food, as always, delicious. The employee at the entrance very friendly?. But the colleague behind the counter ..... more arrogant and unfriendly is no longer possible ? So only one star, sorry

Friend got a moldy burger. When he wanted to complain about this, the staff didn't even apologize and he had to argue about replacements.

One of the best experiences I have had McDonald's!

Served by a very rude and snappy staff member. Unnecessary tone towards my partner when she ordered. Never normally had a problem here but it's not even busy today. Staff member needs to learn how to talk to customers.
